how to configure your windows server network

 

To configure a static network on windows server follow the following steps :

1. open windows tab and search for control panel.

2. open control panel and go to network and internet.

3. click on the network and sharing center.

4. select your connection i.e. ethernet.

5. go to properties and select 'internet protocol version 4 (TCP/Ipv4)'

6. select the option 'use following IP address.

7. provide your IP address-subnet mask-default gateway and provide dns server IPs.

8. click in 'ok'. your static network is configued.
